LOCATION: Cardiac Vascular Sentral Kuala Lumpur (CVSKL), KL

1.0 RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.1 Delegate, coordinate, manage, supervise and monitor all technicians' maintenance and repair works in compliance with good engineering practice and ensure satisfactory completion on time.

1.2 Manage and implement the scheduling and recording of daily inspection checklist, work orders or service request in line with the Computer Maintenance Management System requirements.

1.3 Liaise with electrical, utilities, amenities and maintenance vendors on work carried out for providing services, after sales- services or repairs.

1.4 Supervise and guide the sub- contractors for projects under company's management in compliance to design, specification and regulatory requirements.

1.5 Implement and maintain Quality Management system and Occupational Safety & Health management systems.

1.6 Maintain and enforce strict discipline of subordinates at all times.

1.7 Arrange or provide technical skill and safety training to technicians.

1.8 Report any major breakdown, faults and defects of equipment to superior in a timely manner.

1.9 Participate in risk, safety, quality, environmental and business continuity activities of the organization

1.10 Perform other duties as required by Operations Manager.

2.0 QUALIFICATIONS:

2.1 Minimum SPM/ SPVM qualification. Recognized Diploma in relevant field is an added advantage.

2.2 Preferably have at least 2 years experience in facility management.

2.3 Technically sound and capable.

2.4 Possess good oral and written communication skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
