Job Description
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Executive with a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Systems to oversee the operations and maintenance of our data centre facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in facilities management, with a strong background in electrical systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing facility maintenance and facilitate daily operations.
- Ensuring the electrical, cooling and data centre facilities are operating properly.
- Updating and maintaining the electrical, cooling and data centre facilities.
- Planning for and overseeing upgrades and improvements for the data centre infrastructure.
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance programs and schedules for the facility
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical Systems).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on electrical systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including management, vendors, and staff.
