Job Description

:Job Responsibilities:

• Organise and monitor the operation of Cleansing, Healthcare Waste Management, Linen &Laundry and Sustainable Program (3R) services as per Concession Agreement, Project Operation Guideline (POG), Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Execute continuous improvement process by implementing LEAN activity, technology & innovation program for service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Comply with Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) practises and procedures in accordance to act & regulation and company target.
• Adhere and implement the compliance of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) Accreditation and other standard and requirement set by Ministry of Health (MoH) and Authorised Bodies e.g DOSH, DOE, SIRIM etc.
• Plan & manage cost management initiative (Approved Annual Operating Budget, Capital Expenditure, Variation Order, Cost saving -LEAN) to achieve company financial annual target.
• Monitor vendor performance (manpower supply & management, comprehensive cleansing services, consumable supplies, disposal of hazardous waste, linen processing plant, linen mending) and ensure the services have been delivered effectively and efficiently in compliance with contract agreement / purchase order.
• Ensure staffs are qualified in performing their duties (Identify key area of improvement - British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), SOP, TRKPI, MAP, POG, HSIP, Infection Control Policy as per requirement agreement.
• Produce and monitor the report & record in the Information System (Asset & Service Information Services (ASIS), E-Clips, eSWIS) to comply with Concession Agreement, Department of Environment (DOE), Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB), Atomic Energy Licencing Board (AELB) - Applicable to only Hospital Pulau Pinang.
• Drive stakeholder\'s management effectively by providing excellent services to maintain good relationship and achieve high customer satisfaction level as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by Company and Ministry of Health (MoH).

Job Requirements

• Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma specialised in Housekeeping
• At least 4 - 6 Year(s) of working experience in Hygiene and Sanitizing is required for this position
• British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc)
• Competency Personal of Schedule Waste Management (CePSWAM)
• Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
