Job Title : Facility Management Engineering Intern Type : Contract (Internship 3 months) Salary : 1000 + 200 for transport Location : Mont Kiara, KL JOB ROLE Seeking a motivated engineering student studying electrical or mechanical engineering for an internship with a leading Building Management company. Responsibilities include documentation, inventory management, tender preparation, 3D design, and monitoring projects such as painting rectification and CCTV system improvements. The intern will assist with safety inspections, energy-saving studies, and various engineering tasks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team are required. Familiarity with ISO standards and 3D design software is beneficial. This internship offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to apply their knowledge on real world engineering projects. RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Filling and documentation (hardcopy and digital shared folder) 2) Store organisation, file and 3) Spare part in/out 4) Assist in service provider changing ( lanscape, security ,cleaner) 5) Inventory list (file, decoration, asset listing) 6) Inventory Access Card/Transponder 7) Form to migrate and verify by ISO dept. 8) Filling label as per ISO 9) Quotation comparison 10) Assignment Meridin Improvement projects- lift interior, toilet 11) To implement BAU- prepare tender for improvement. 12) To create BQ for tender 13) Main lobby improvement work (3D design) 14) Guardhouse driveway improvement project 15) Revaluation existing contract 16) To create a lounge and glass awning in front of swimming pool 17) Handle owner/customers service 18) Energy saving study for common area. 19) Increase brightness. 20) Create storage and raking system. 21) Safety door staircase (one way) 22) Overall gas piping inspection 23) Relay LV room inspection 24) Genset servicing 25) Create checklist for daily/weekly/ monthly inspection. 26) Create Technician daily/ weekly / monthly checklist. 27) To inspect all piping, (bomba piping, syabas incoming, floortrap, wastewater drain pipe) 28) Painting rectification monitoring 29) Security inspection 30) Cctv system improvement project Job Type: Internship
