Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise IFMS vendor during work in progress at Pos Malaysia sites or buildings (Klang Valley).
- Liaise with vendor in obtaining and finalizing the quotation.
- Prepare and process PR Form for approval.
- Prepare bill of quantity and scope of work.
- Review and recommend vendor proposal related to FM matters.
- Assist Facility Management staff on any technical matters.
- Assist in preparing technical or progress report as required.
- Bachelor/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Facility Management or equivalent.
- Positive attitude for learning is crucial for this role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, and high standard for efficiency and accuracy.
