: To responsible for overall Facility Project Management, HLB, FDAPS and Administration. To lead System Owner towards Section\'s KPI.
Role Accountabilities:
1. Lead project management in develop project scope & requirement, budgetary and work scheduling & progress reporting to meeting project objective. Interface & coordinating with project team, consultant, local authority and etc.
2. Establish Operation and Maintenance Standard Operating Procedure, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Root Cause & Control Action Plan, Out of Control Action Plan and Legal compliance for overall facility utility.
3. Lead continual improvement on system & process enhancement to ensure operational excellence, cost saving / reduction and compliance to quality and environmental, health and safety requirement. Including but not limit, hookup/un-hookup, new construction build-up, production environmental improvement, expansion projects, etc.
4. Manage outsource team, contract & vendors management.
5. Oversees and manage the administration of Facility Section expenses and annual operation & capital budget.
5. Promote team to support for internal audit, cost down improvement, ESH sustainability, bright ideas, good catch and other company program.
6. To coordinate & provide day to day advice and direction to SME on all Facility issues for operation stability, encourage bright idea implementation, coaching and people development.
7. Hiring people, provide training and development program as well as talent retention, including build teamwork and people engagement.
8. Maintain close working relationships with other facility section, department managers and directors on facility issues, not limit to, during normal / emergency operational.
Skills & Qualification Required:
1. Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, ie. Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Chemicals, Electronics, or relevant field.
2. Minimum 9 years of progressive leadership experience in Facility position.
3. Possess strategic Facility hand-on experience of managing Facility team.
4. Candidate must know how to use Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word to maintain varies budget, expense report and presentation report.
5. Candidate must have good command in English to communicate with plant from other country.
6. Candidate must have good supervisory and management skill to lead a team comprises of various Engineering background towards departmental goal.
7. Candidate must have good interaction skill to develop teamwork within Facility and other department.
8. Able to work with ambiguity, be highly independent and willing to take initiative, challenge and responsibilities.
