Oversee and maintain factory facilities, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations.
Manage daily operation and preventive maintenance of facilities systems, including electrical, compressed air, water, gas, ESD, and fire protection systems.
Support production and quality teams by ensuring facilities conditions meet manufacturing and quality requirements for optical and electronic components.
Handle facilities-related issues -- perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for maintenance, repair, calibration, and installation works.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (EHS, fire safety, factory audits, etc.).
Maintain and update facilities documentation, including maintenance records, SOPs, WI, inspection checklists, and control plans.
Monitor facilities performance, equipment uptime, and energy usage; drive improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control.
Support customer, internal, and regulatory audits related to facilities and safety readiness.
Lead or support continuous improvement projects related to facilities reliability, safety, and production support.
Supervise and guide technicians or operators to ensure tasks are completed safely, timely, and according to standards.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or factory engineering, preferably in optical modules, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of factory facilities systems such as electrical distribution, compressed air, water systems, fire protection, ESD control, and basic building maintenance.
Familiar with preventive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Understanding of factory safety practices, EHS requirements, and audit processes.
Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage technicians and coordinate with production teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and support shift or extended hours when required.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with maintenance or production reporting systems.
Strong coordination and communication skills; basic listening and speaking skills in Mandarin are required.
