PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and optimize HVAC systems, plumbing and

mechanical utility systems

Execute preventive maintenance programs, respond to

facility fault reports and corrective work orders

Coordinate with external vendors, supervise and monitor Operate forklifts for general facility material handling and

logistics support

Supervise lifting operations and ensure compliance with

lifting safety protocols (for one technician)

Support common area systems and office equipment

maintenance, handyman tasks



ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Certificate/SKMM/MARA in HVAC or mechanical systems Minimum 2-5 years commercial facility experience Valid Forklift Operator License (DOSH-certified) Certified Lifting Supervisor (CLS) Certification, for one

technician



KEY SKILLS

HVAC systems troubleshooting and optimization Mechanical systems maintenance Safe forklift operation and material handling procedures Lifting operations planning, risk assessment, and supervision Vendor/contractor coordination and supervision
