-Food quality system management
-Ensuring that operations comply with the companys food safety and quality system.
-Production operations
-Planning, directing, and coordinating production in line with company policies and systems.

-Developing production and delivery schedules.

-Managing plant resources and manpower efficiently to meet output targets.

-Verifying that incoming raw materials meet specifications.

-To monitor and ensure proper compilation of all required documentation

-To oversee and ensure corrective actions are taken for deviations in the production line

-To manage stock of direct and indirect production materials (e.g., hair nets, chemicals)
-Implementation of Food Quality System
-Acting as the representative in the system for production, purchasing, and sales & marketing

-Responsible for customer care services, product recalls, and handling non-conforming products

-Assisting in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the food safety and quality system
-Maintenance & Repairs
-Overseeing general maintenance and repairs of premises, facilities, tools, and equipment

-Training and guiding workers on usage, maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation
-Logistics, Import, and Export
-Liaising with vendors, clients, and agencies on logistics, import, and export matters
-Any other related ad hoc duties.
Requirements

-Minimum a diploma or degree in a related discipline.

-Minimum of 5 years of related working experience.

-Preferable industry exposure is in food manufacturing.
