Factory Manager.

Our client is a well-established company in the food manufacturing industry, located at Senai, Johor Bahru. We\'re looking for an experienced and committed Factory Manager to join the team. In this role, the person will manage the entire plant operation including production, maintenance, warehouse and engineering departments.

Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Packed Food)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Location: Senai, Johor Bahru

• Responsible for managing the overall plant activities, including production, maintenance, warehouse and engineering departments.
• Ensure the production facilities are well maintained and comply with the guidelines of local government authorities
• Ensure the Production team achieves the daily production yields and quality targets through optimizing the utilization of manpower, equipment, and material availability.
• Optimize production efficiency, and control production cost to maximize production output and minimize the wastage of materials, time and resources.
• Prepare the operational plans and motivate the teams to achieve the goals which are in line with the company\'s objectives.
• Ensure the products follow the customer\'s specifications and meet the delivery schedule.
• Involve in the implementation of product certification and plant operation to comply with HACCP, GMP, BRC and any other authority regulations.
• Ensure warehouse inventory and record accuracy.
• Commit to plant safety protocols.
• Manage Maintenance & Engineering departments to plan the plant maintenance schedule, and minimize equipment downtime and cost control.
• Manage, develop and recruit the existing and new employees.

Requirements:

• Min. 10 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry or relevant, food industry experience is preferred.
• Min. Bachelor\'s Degree level.
• Well versed in English language skill.
