You will ensure that the production process runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, meeting quality standards and production targets. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of the products and ensuring the smooth functioning of the factory.Responsibilities:Production Management:
Oversee all production processes from raw material reception to finished product packaging, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and implementing efficient processes to increase productivity.Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control standards, conduct regular quality checks, and promptly address quality issues.Health and Safety:
Ensure a safe working environment, conduct regular safety inspections, and implement training programs to promote safety awareness.Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement for raw materials, and implement inventory tracking systems.Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff, fostering a positive work environment, and providing coaching for skill enhancement.Maintenance and Facility Management:
Coordinate equipment maintenance, schedule repairs to minimize downtime, and manage the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and certifications governing food production.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.In-depth knowledge of production management, quality control, and health and safety standards.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for food production.Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques is desirable.Proficiency in English and Malay languages.Join our client and be part of an exciting journey in producing high-quality pineapple juice for the customers!
