Job Summary

To lead the production and warehouse team to execute production action plans to achieve the desire results of the company mission and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

To lead a team of supervisors/technicians/general worker to produce quality piping products that meet the demands of both local and global markets and bear the image of a leading multinational corporation. To devise an effective production schedule (in close co-operation with other related departments) that ensures optimum production runs and at the same time satisfy sales demands and maintaining reasonable stocking levels at all times to achieve company objectives. To implement effective work processes to minimize rejects and scrap to the minimum allowable and to manage the usage of raw material for quick conversion to finished goods. To be directly responsible for budgeting and controlling production cost. To prepare and report production activities and improvements in the monthly management/operation meetings. To manage and execute special projects assigned by the management as and when required. To carry out frequent analyses of all existing production equipment for improvement which will enhance production efficiency while reduce maintenance cost. To devise & enforce proper method of material handling to ensure that raw material, semi-finished & finished goods are protected from damage, loss or pilferage during movement. To ensure warehouse and logistic operation in good all times.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing/production environment, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, cost control, and quality management systems. Proven experience in managing production teams, including supervisors, technicians, and general workers. Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and controlling production expenses. Familiar with manufacturing equipment, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Good understanding of warehouse, logistics, and material handling processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting tools. Willing to take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
