Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Factory Manager located in Shah Alam, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Factory Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations within the factory, including production, quality control, scheduling, maintenance, and budgeting. They will also monitor productivity, develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role Strong leadership and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to train, manage, and motivate teams Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Experience with beverage production or food processing is a plus
