Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage production lines related to Rubber Extrusion Schedule operators and ensure production targets are met Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations Prepare reports and communicate with management
Qualifications
Minimum experience in Rubber Extrusion manufacturing required Supervisor / Line Leader experience preferred Relevant industry experience: ? Rubber Extrusion ? Plastic ? Automotive ? General Manufacturing Minimum education: No specific requirement Language: Malay & English required for reporting and communication Basic office skills: MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Basic report writing

Age: Married, 30 years and above Marital status: Married preferred (for long-term stability) Working hours: 08:00 ~ 20:00 (subject to change) Weekend work flexibility preferred
