Job Responsibilities?

Lead and supervise a group of sewing operators, line leaders, and quality inspectors to ensure full compliance with production processes, work procedures, and product quality standards. Manage daily production activities to improve productivity, reduce material wastage, and ensure optimum output, quality, and efficiency levels are achieved. Monitor and control production parameters such as speed, workmanship, and quality consistency throughout all sewing and packing processes. Ensure proper implementation of Work Instructions (WIs) and provide training and guidance to operators and team leaders to maintain product quality and process stability. Support and participate in process improvement, quality control, and root cause analysis to reduce defects and improve production yield. Work closely with the Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of machine or quality issues. Ensure production targets on output, quality, material usage, and delivery schedules are achieved according to company standards. Maintain good discipline, workplace safety, and 5S housekeeping practices in all production areas. Prepare and compile daily and monthly production reports and data to support analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager when required.

Job Requirements ?

Must be in good health and physically fit. Willing to work overtime if necessary. Minimum education: SPM or equivalent. Able to work in shifts (if required). Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
