Read, interpret, and understand technical drawings to ensure production work is carried out according to specifications and requirements.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with factory workers to assign tasks, provide instructions, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor the progress of work to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of technical or production drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to supervise workers and monitor work progress effectively.
1 to 2 years of steel factory or building works experience.
