If this sounds like you, and the career below sounds exciting, wexe2x80x99d like to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesAlign and implement the aims, objectives, policy and direction of Agency Division and MBAAcquire understanding of key business drivers and is able to conceptualize and translate said drivers into training content based focusing on the areas of personal development, leadership and branding.Able to conduct training needs analysis of the business environment toimprove, enhance and/or develop training content andleverage on technology to create tools as way to optimize business productivity and/or learning effectiveness, in order to meet all the needs of the leadership level in an agency environment.Influence behavioral change in that would possibly lead to a positive change in the areas of leadership and personal effectiveness.Coordinate activities related to planning, development, execution of all programs including field-based follow up follow through training to meet targets across the different distribution channels.Implement training strategies, calendaring and manage organization of sessions/workshops and deliver content of training modulesPromote and market various training programs through Learning Management System and other communication methods , partnering with Manulife Sales and Agency Team , distribution channels and other internal colleaguesResearch, design and implement Leadership & Agency Management courses for the growth of agency force and aligning to company direction Review and update sessions and materials continuouslyAssign and manage the roll-out of new modulesManage the enhancement of existing modulesResearch and compile best practices, case studies , FAQs, Regulatory changes and related subjects for all distribution channels in order to stay relevantCoordinate training logistics (i.e., session schedules, room reservations, participant enrollment where necessaryConduct and coach Certified Field Trainers, internal trainers, where neededProvide support to existing leaders, new leaders and recruiters in their journey towards building a strong and successful Agency / Emerging ALC .Also aligning with local regulatorsxe2x80x99 goal in grooming and developing professionalism amongst leaders and agents in providing proper and professional service to the public.Meeting targets and deadlines in responsibilities, projects, training modules and achieves target within the specified timeframeAbility to create digital content and virtual platforms.What motivates you?You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit.You think big, with curiosity to discover ways to use your agile approach and enable business outcomes.You thrive in teams and enjoy getting things done together.You take ownership and build solutions, focusing on what matters.You do what is right, work with integrity and speak up.You share your humanity, helping us build a diverse and inclusive work environment for everyone.What we are looking forRecognized Diploma or Degree in Business or any disciplineCertified Financial Planner (CFP), RFP and other relevant certifications would be advantageous but not requiredPreferably with minimum 5 years proven in similar field or financial services industryMature individual with preferably management experience in leading a team of staff under him/herEvidence of strong communication skills, conceptual thinking skills, planning/project planning & management skillsStrong technical knowledge in areas of his/her expertise and high willingness to adapt and learnSelf-motivated and ability to work independently with high sensitivity to timelinesProficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point)What can we offer you?A competitive salary and benefits packages.A growth trajectory that extends upward and outward, encouraging you to follow your passions and learn new skills.A focus on growing your career path with us.Flexible work policies and strong work-life balance.Professional development and leadership opportunities.Our commitment to youValues-first culture
