Job Description

1. Ability to support Desa Group\xe2\x80\x99s Dairy Farm business objectives through continuous development and implementation of sound farm Management & animal husbandry activities for the smooth running of the farm operations. 2. Ability to perform good standards of general herd management requirements under the supervision of Farm Manager that include herd health & production, breeding, feed & nutrition and young stock management. 3. Responsible to supervise, guide & monitor subordinates and motivate for excellent performance. 4. To carry out any other work as instructed by Farm Manager from time to time.
