Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture or Science or any related field.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience at least 2 year in plantation /agriculture.
Keen to make a career in Plantations Management
Preferable Mandarin candidate

Tanggungjawab

Planning, maintain, supervise, organizing production schedules in order manner.
Identify the plant disease and done precaution before disease breakout.
Monitor, supervise and enhance the plantation SOP for optimum yield and quality production.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are meet
Coordinate with workers and clients (future) for pre-order plants.
Regularly experiment on new species to add on selling items.\'
Control the lost by making sure all the procedure planting follows the standard of procedure given
Experience in agriculture/plantation
Responsible to provide accurate data for plantation report.
Carry out any other duty and responsible which company may assign from time to time.
Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the plantation
