Job Scope 1) Assist in developing and managing the overall operation of the Paulownia forest plantation. 2) Supervising tree planting, field maintenance and management. 3) Propose professional good agricultural practices and implementation whenever necessary. 4) Ensure that the farm is managed to the standard in accordance with acceptable agricultural and practice and company\xe2\x80\x99s requirement. 5) Regular communication & reporting to department head/head office. 6) Provide leadership skills to farm workers to achieve target and deliver good performance and also maintaining worker\xe2\x80\x99s welfare. Requirement 1) Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any agriculture/ plantation related discipline from recognized Universities. 2) Good people management, communication and report writing skills. 3) Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. 4) Willing to work and live in plantation environment. 5) Fresh graduate encouraged to apply. 6) Able to effectively communicate with and motivate staff and labor force. 7) Required language (S): Bahasa Malaysia, English. 8) Only candidates specializing in Agriculture/Plantations or equivalent will be considered.
