Job Position : Farm Supervisor Location : Kuala Pilah/ Negeri Sembilan Reporting To : Head of Operations Salary Range : RM3,000 \xe2\x80\x93 RM3,500 Prefer : Malay \xc2\xb7 Overall in charge of farm operations. \xc2\xb7 Oversee day-to-day operation of entire farm. \xc2\xb7 Manage farm safety, health and environment issues \xc2\xb7 Provide guidance, mentoring and motivation to staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities which include delegation of works, setting team goals and review results. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all operations are carried out in a correct, cost effective, and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements. \xc2\xb7 Improve operational system and processes. \xc2\xb7 Purchase goods, plan inventory. \xc2\xb7To perform other ad-hoc tasks duties as and when required. Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Agriculture or relevant qualification related to farming & agriculture. \xc2\xb7 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years work experience required. \xc2\xb7 Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office \xc2\xb7 Specialization in Agriculture/Plantation, Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal, written skills. \xc2\xb7 Agriculture experience an advantage \xc2\xb7 Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management, Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
