Diploma / Degree in Aqri culture or related field.
Assist Farm Manager in the supervision of work in the Plantation.
Conduct routine farm operation activities - work distribution, worker distribution, worker logistics.
Capable of arranging or monitoring worker and fish
Ability to work independently, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skill
Job Scope
Closely monitor all farm operations
Monitor harvesting of oil palm and other crops
Analyzing financial documents and recommending improvements
Preparing plans and schedules for culturing and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations
Ensuring feed, biochemical products and other supplies are regularly restocked
Ensuring the security of stocks
Scheduling repairs, maintenance and replacement of equipment and machinery
Handling the marketing and sales. Ensuring good harvest techniques

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
