1.1 Managing sales and marketing team and setting KPI’s and ensuring the team are on track for achieving KPI’s
1.2 Working with team on approaches to building business, this includes training and advice on sales techniques and approaches
1.3 Ensuring reports and sales data is properly reported and captured
1.4 Performance management for underperforming members of sales team
1.5 Lead support of sales and sales management across all financial areas including sales targets and adjustments, sales compensation, reports to Finance, and assist Finance in revenue projections.
1.6 Researching, approaching and building potential target industries and customers
1.7 Putting together a content marketing strategy for the company, this includes brochures, company website and social medias
1.8 Maintain Sales information and to ensure consistent given targets are met.
1.9 To assure the sales team are well represented and understood prior to the development of sales collateral and sales events. Assist as and where needed
1.10 Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
