Support in managing daily food and beverage operations.
Support kitchen operations and food preparation under guidance if needed.
Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels of food and beverages.
Ensure stock rotation and prevent wastage.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in regular checks for cleanliness and safety in all areas.
Others ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Degree in any fields of study.
