Job Responsibility Assist in the overall management of the F&B operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards. Conduct manpower planning, scheduling, and supervision of staff to ensure optimal efficiency. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to uphold quality and hygiene standards. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and improvement. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in a similar setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. Passion for the F&B industry with knowledge of Seafood cuisine being a plus. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
