Prospecting : Identify and reach out to potential clients within the food and beverage industry, including restaurant owners, chefs, and emerging entrepreneurs. ???? Kitchen Tour : Present the unique advantages of renting our cloud kitchens through kitchen tour, emphasizing the fully-equipped setup, strategic locations, and commission potential. ???? Negotiation : Collaborate closely with clients to tailor rental agreements that align with their business goals, ensuring a seamless rental process. Qualifications: ???? Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the F&B, retail leasing, insurance or real estate industry. ???? Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of our cloud kitchen spaces. ???? Self-Motivation: A self-starter who is driven by results and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. ???? Passion for F&B : A genuine interest in the food and beverage industry and a desire to empower local businesses.
