Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and inviting.
Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Motivate and supervise staff, providing feedback and support.
Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance.
Customer Service:
Ensure prompt, friendly, and excellent customer service.
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Inventory and Cost Control:
Manage inventory levels and place orders for food and other supplies.
Monitor operational costs and identify ways to reduce waste and improve profitability.
Conduct regular inventory checks (e.g., weekly beverage, quarterly china/glass/silver/linen).
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Monitor and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure they are safe
