to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the F&B Supervisor or Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that all team members perform their duties efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service team during shifts.
Ensure all guests are attended to promptly and courteously.
Support the F&B Supervisor/Manager in daily operations and team briefings.
Monitor service quality, presentation standards and overall guest satisfaction.
Assist in staff training, motivation and performance feedback.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area in accordance with hygiene standards.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the
hospitality industry
.
Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest service.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Preferred:
Candidates with a
background in hospitality
are highly encouraged to apply.
