It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced

F&B Coordinator

with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at

Cyberville.

Responsibilities :

F&B Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage department in administration, reservations, and event coordination and ensure smooth operations of cafe, banquets and catering services, while handling guest requests, bookings, and communication across departments.

Job Responsibilities

a) Administrative Support

- Coordinate reservations and bookings for restaurants, banquets, and events

- Maintain booking diaries and inform outlet managers/chefs of special requirements

b) Event & Task Coordination

- Plan and organize food & beverage events, ensuring quality service

- Prepare menus, place cards, and signage for functions

c) Guest Interaction

- Handle guest feedback (compliments/complaints) and report for service improvement

- Create a welcoming atmosphere to enhance guest satisfaction

d) Operational Support

- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth F&B operations

- Manage staff and resources during events

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality preferred

- At least 3 years of F&B experience

Skills :

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

- Knowledge of food and beverage products, menu planning, and inventory management
