Job requirement

• Minimum SPM qualification

• Pleasant personality

• Neat appearance

• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Non Muslim and preferably Chinese/Sabahan/Sarawakian Male

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Bar Service Crew reporting to Bar Captain, Welfare Supervisor and Executive-HR, Employee Services.

• Business Hours at Executive Club are opened daily from 1600 hours to 0000 hours.

• Bar Service Crew are assisting the Bar captain, Welfare Supervisor and Executive to check the Executive Club premise including Bar Counter, Store Room, Lounge, BBQ, Gaming Room, Karaoke Room, Toilet are well maintain and upkeep the cleanliness at all time.

• Bar Service Crew are responsible for the daily beverages sales transaction and to ensure each sale transaction is capture in the System. All sales orders must pay in CASH immediately upon ordering. (CASH on Delivery).

• Bar Service Crew are responsible and to ensure daily Closing Sales monies are being recorded and send to General Cashiering, Finance Dept toward the end of Business Hours.

• Bar Service Crew are responsible ensuring to keep good record of all the Beverages Inventory Stock in and Stock out. To enable Auditor and Executive to check and accessible the stock level at any time.

• Bar Service Crew are responsible to settle any variances of the Sales Report vs Beverages Stock not more than 2 workings days if reported by the Cost Controller. Bar Captain and Bar Service Crew are accountable for any discrepancies of the Sales variances reported.

• Bar Service Crew are responsible to assist Bar Captain to check and to keep the adequate Stock Level at par and pre-planning to request any stock in advance. To ensure the Stock requisition Form is sign and approve by the Executive, HR-Employee Services.

• Bar Service Crew are responsible in collection of the Beverages items from Warehouse / Receiving Dept.

• Bar Service Crew are responsible to assist Bar Captain to check and to report immediately on any faulty of the lighting, out of order Electrical Appliances or Karaoke System.

• Bar Service Crew are responsible to submit repost on Weekly / Monthly sales vs stock inventory.

• To be deployed accordance to the Duty Roster at various Business Units under HR, Employee Services. Such as on Staff Recreation Centre.

• To perform any other duties may not be stated details but instructed by his Superior at all time.
