  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Brand Management
  • Ensure brand consistency across all franchise locations.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines and marketing materials.
Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns for promotions, new product launches, and seasonal events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Franchisee Support
  • Provide marketing support and guidance to franchisees.
  • Develop marketing toolkits and resources for franchisee use.
  • Coordinate with franchisees on local marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance.
Advertising and Promotions
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities, both online and offline.
  • Negotiate with media outlets and manage advertising budgets.
Public Relations
  • Handle public relations activities, including media relations and press releases.
  • Manage brand reputation and address any public relations issues.
Market Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare and present regular marketing reports to senior management.
Event Management
  • Organize and oversee marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and community engagement activities.
Customer Engagement
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Budget Management
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
  • Track expenditures and ensure alignment with financial goals.
Collaboration and Coordination
