About the job Business Development Manager (F&B Franchise)
This is a great opportunity as a Business Development Manager to work for a well-known and established Restaurant & Bar F&B chain. You will be overseeing the F&B franchisees across Malaysia, and looking to bring in new franchisees into the F&B business.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage existing franchisee operations
- Manage the process of recruiting new licensees or franchisees\xef\xbb\xbf
- Advise on dos and don\'t when Franchisee Outlet reports an issue, and assisting to solve issues encountered by Franchisee
- Ensure all SOP are executed accurately by Franchisee Outlets
- Evaluate and provide monthly report on Franchisee Outlet operations
- Establishing standards for operations and procedures that meet company guidelines but still allow flexibility for individual franchisees
- \xef\xbb\xbfMust have a solid background and experience in Business Development/Franchising/Licensing/Account Management
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to Franchisee Outlet(s) across Malaysia to do site visit
- Familiarity with Franchise Act 1998 and \xef\xbb\xbfFranchise (Amendment) Act 2020 regulations would be a big plus
- Strong understanding of operations and logistics in relation to F&B and Franchise experiences
- Highly committed and have a proactive, can-do attitude
- Be willing to hit the ground running and meet deadlines in a fast-paced F&B environment
