Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Executive to oversee the overall operations of our upscale non-halal Chinese buffet establishment for a multinational corporation. This role will be responsible for managing the daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and providing personalized service to VIP guests, including serving VIP dining experiences. Responsibilities: Operations Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards. Monitor service levels, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, making necessary adjustments as required. Guest Service and VIP Dining: Provide exceptional personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met. Handle the VIP reservations and liaise with the Executive Chef on the menu selection according to the guests\' preferences Ensure the VIP room cleanliness, tidiness and readiness at all time Responsible for the inventory of the VIP Chinawares, cutleries and linens Staff Training and Leadership: Provide on-the job train, mentoring and supervision to the service staff, promoting a culture of excellence and guest-centric service. Conduct regular training and retraining sessions on service standards, fine dining protocols, and VIP guest handling. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs. Act as a point of contact for VIP guests, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively. Reporting: Provide daily and monthly reports accurately and on timely manner Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). Proficient in written and spoken Chinese language Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
