Job Description
- Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar operational role within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin
- Sound knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
- Managing and supervising restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Recruiting, training, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating procurement activities.
- Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
