As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be exposed to:
- Assist GM/MD in managing day-to-day operations/outlets.
- Develop operational efficiency and cost improvements to improve profitability.
- Monitor outlet productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
- Close coordination with respective departments to ensure smooth outlet operations
- Lead and motivate employees, provide necessary training to improve skills and drive towards target and goals
- Any other tasks as assigned
Education background
- Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 5-10 years of experience in F&B industry
- Must have experience managing multiple outlets
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
- Willing to take initiatives and always seek for improvement.
