Open Position: Senior Operations Manager, Northern (Healthcare Facilities Management Company)
A healthcare facilities management company is looking for Senior Operations Manager, Northern to lead the operations and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsibility to drive the portfolio of services in the Healthcare sector.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and be accountable for the P&L of Northern region to achieve cost savings and to increase revenue.
- Key person to build good relationships with key accounts and understand their needs to roll out viable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement to a higher level of performance.
- Proven track record in achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent business acumen and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong data analysis skills to read complex data and translate to operational excellence.
- Willing to travel between Northern states.
- Open to Malaysians only.
