Job description . Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food . Establish methods to meet work schedules . Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage . Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures . Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards . May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets . May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour cost Job requirement . Minimum of SPM with 2 years' experience as captain or hostess / bartender . Certificate / Diploma in Hotel F&B Catering / Hotel Management qualification with 1 year experience as captain / hostess / bartender . Ability to supervise a team or service staff . Strong leadership and communication skills . Posses good attitude and positive thinking . Good writing and Interpersonal Skillss . Able to interact effectively and work constructively with others
