As F&B Supervisor, you\'ll supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Your day-to-day In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports Supervise cash handling and banking procedures Be cleaner than clean - meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws Supervise outlet service Supervise functions Give guests a better experience by helping with any queries or advice Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up Monitor standards of guest facilities and services Control stock and monitor security procedures Assist with menu and wine list creation Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together What we need from you Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field 2 years supervisory experience preferred Able to converse in Mandarin fluently Literate - you\'ll need a good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths Compliant - as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you\'ll be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language Articulate - a great communicator, you\'ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
