F&b Supervisor (junior / Senior)

Job Description


KOPPIKU is a new homegrown coffee chain and your involvement will play a direct role in leading the growth of the business. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations and maintaining service standards for our outlets. We value the importance of basics done right for serving a good cup of coffee.

  • Candidate must possess at least High School (SPM)
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Supervisor in the F&B industry
  • Prior experience in the coffee chain will be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate across all levels
Responsibilities
  • As a Team Leader, you are responsible for managing the overall outlet operations
  • Responsible for food and beverage-making duties in adherence to the SOP
  • Responsible to perform cashier activities and have a high competence using the POS system
  • Responsible for supervising employees and preparing work schedules and managing employee attendance
  • Responsible for inventory management and replenishment of materials to HQ
  • Possess a good personality and is adept in managing customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide training to new baristas to ensure
  • Ensure that the outlet is always dry, clean, and safe
