Location: Signature Madam Tang\'s Cafe (various outlets at Kuching) Job Scope / Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
Organizing, supervising and managing the staffs.
Managing customer\'s expectations.
Enforce restaurant hygiene practice and regulations.
Be prompt to customer queries and feedback, ensure solutions and service recovery is always being delivered.
To implement effective restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety.
Perform any other special task and project that has been assigned to you by superior.

Requirements:

Must be Malaysian citizen.
Compulsory to have at least 1 year experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor in Cafe & Restaurant.
Able to communicate in English and Malay.
Able to work shifts, week-ends and public holidays.
Pleasant personalities, high integrity and good communication skills.
Willingness to be a team player.
Commitment to follow Company policies and SOP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month Benefits:
