- Have experience in Food and Beverage industry or Supervisor related role
- Well communicate and able to lead the team.
- Managing hiring workflow.
- Training new hires.
- Creating and managing team schedules-staff duty roaster, off day.
- Reporting to management
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
- To resolve staff issues and disputes.
- Ensuring staff follow store policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and refunds.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organized.
- Promoting store through advertising campaigns.
- Managing store\'s expenses, budgets, monitoring sales
