Job Summary:

Responsible for the daily operations and supervision of the All Day Dining restaurant and Room Service. Ensures high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and compliance with Sofitel brand standards. Assists in training, scheduling, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

Supervise daily operations of the All Day Dining restaurant and Room Service. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and room service teams. Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards. Handle guest feedback professionally and take corrective actions promptly. Oversee room service order-taking, tray setup, delivery, and clearance. Assist in managing stock levels, requisitions, and breakage control. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP and hotel policies.

People Management

Lead and motivate the F&B service team to achieve departmental goals. Conduct on-the-job training for new team members. Prepare duty rosters and manage shift assignments efficiently. Ensure grooming, appearance, and behavior of all team members reflect Sofitel standards.

Administration

Support the manager in preparing reports, checklists, and daily briefings. Assist with billing accuracy and compliance with POS procedures. Monitor and minimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.

Guest Experience

Build rapport with guests, recognize repeat visitors, and personalize service. Ensure service recovery procedures are followed when handling complaints. Promote upselling and special promotions to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / F&B Management or related field. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in a 5-star hotel. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of English (additional languages an advantage). Knowledge of Micros or similar POS systems. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
