To Direct and Supervise All Service Staff.
To prepare a checklist on how the restaurant should be checked before its daily opening hour.
To conduct pre-service briefings and keep staff updated on current information.
To check staffs uniforms, grooming and general appearance.
To brief staff on daily specialties and any other special events
To read the Logbook before the daily briefing for up to date information.
To inspect the restaurant and its equipment i.e. trolleys, linens, cutleries, glassware's etc.
To conduct round checks of the outlet and all repairs and maintenance works
To write work orders and follow up until the job is done.
To highlight and refer outstanding problems to the Food & Beverage Manager.
