1. Constant communication with the guests. 2. Organize the associate of their tasks, schedules and information during meeting. 3. Assists superior in staff training, evaluation and promotion. 4. Take full responsibility for the outlet during allocated shifts. 5. Conduct On Job Training accordance to the outlet standard and banquet. 6. Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operation of the outlet and service equipment. 7. Maintain and demonstrate strong knowledge of food and beverage trends within the hospitality industry. 8.
