Role Responsibilities Strategy . Support the delivery of the strategic agenda for FCSO Performance, Planning & Governance. Business . Support the reporting of key performance metrics and FCSO MI for operations and business reviews. Processes . Support the design of the format and be responsible for the preparation of pack contents to facilitate high quality reporting to the FCSO Business Review Meetings (BRM), driving consistency and standardisation of data where necessary. Responsible for the effectiveness and smooth operations of the FCSO Business and Functions BRMs. Coordinate the production of the BRM packs, review materials submitted for completeness and follow up with appropriate parties where required. Write meeting minutes and document actions following the BRMs and track all actions to closure. Ensure BRM related documents are uploaded on Bridge in a timely manner and maintained up to date. People & Talent . As an individual contributor, develop and implement a personal growth plan with the People Leader. Risk Management . Be aware of application of regulations, laws, best practices, policies and standards related to FCSO and changes to business activities and products, and proactively keep abreast of changes. Governance . Support the development and be responsible for maintenance of governance related artefacts such as the BRM Departmental Operating Instruction (DOI), BRM checklist and BRM training plan/pack. Training, licenses, memberships and certifications Academic or Professional Education / Qualifications University educated with at least 6 years of working experience, preferably in governance, business management and planning or risk management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to negotiate internally with senior stakeholders. Proven ability to write coherent meeting minutes, papers or reports would be an added advantage. Good knowledge of MS Powerpoint and experience with developing presentation packs. Organised, meticulous and self-driven. Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
