Fiber Implementation Manager

Job Description
Contract (12 months)
Working Hour: Normal (Monday - Friday)
:
Manage end-to-end fibre implementation projects (FTTH / FTTX / backbone). Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, planning, operations) and external vendors, contractors, and authorities. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and issues. Ensure site readiness, civil works, fibre installation, testing, and commissioning are completed as per standards. Manage vendor performance, work quality, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies. Handle issue escalation and provide timely resolution. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Manage project documentation (drawings, permits, approvals, as-built). Support handover to operations and maintenance teams upon project completion.
Requirement:
3-5 years of experience in fibre network implementation or project management. Strong knowledge of fibre infrastructure (civil works, ducting, cabling, splicing, testing). Experience managing vendors and contractors. Familiar with project management tools and methodologies. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
