Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience in fiber and computing & networking.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin language.
Candidate should possess own transport and willing to travel within KL / Selangor area

Tanggungjawab

Manage and complete fiber installation with comply to SOP.
Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA.
Solving customer problems and complaints.
Identify sales opportunities and upsell products.
Meet performance target for NPS and sales value.
Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fiber (WiFi solutioning , Smart Home)
Attend periodic training to sharpen skills and knowledge related to fiber, smart devices and computing
