• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, & Mandarin (preferred)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing are required for this position.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Material Handling/Robotic Solution/Process Control System or equivalent.
• Ready to travel to customer sites as needed for support, demonstrations, or installations.
• Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and product developments.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an accountable Field Application Engineer to be responsible for research, plan, and supply information to customers. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand the project requirements and ensure that the applications meet those requirements. You will also provide technical support to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.*Location: KL and Penang branch

• Qualify sales leads or enquiries and determine the technical requirements to meet customer goals.
• Collaborate with the sales by acting as technical experts in customer presentation.
• Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying technical details of proposed solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
• Propose plan and modification products to meet customer needs.
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
• Help in researching and developing new products.
• The ongoing training of sales product and items.
• Supporting the sales team through collaboration, motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
