The ideal candidate will have excellent communication & interpersonal skills to communicate the science behind the products, passionate about biotechnology and someone who enjoy engaging with customers to solve complex technical issues.Job Responsibilities

• Understand clients\' needs and tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Address client\'s inquiries, concerns & technical issues promptly & effectively.
• Work closely with Team Leader & sales professionals to accelerate potential customer acquisitions and identify opportunities, needs & requirements to drive business growth.
• Regularly engage with clients to provide product updates, conduct presentations, demonstrations and supports.
• Stay up-to-date with technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and scientific developments.
• Timely feedback on competitors\xe2\x80\x99 information and market trends to our internal product management & marketing team.
• Maintain records of activities, forecasts and analysis for management review.

Your Distinctive Traits

• PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biological sciences, or related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and recognizing their unique needs.
• Minimum 1 year working experiences. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on lab expertise in a relevant life science setting with molecular biology techniques Real-Time PCR (qPCR), gene expression analysis, NGS, cell culture or other techniques relevant to our product portfolio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Possess own car and able to travel outstations.
