Job Description

• The primary responsibility of the Field Services Engineer is to carry out (Direct Leak Metering, Liquid Level Survey, Leak Point, Pressure and Temperature Gradient Survey), Realtime N2 Tracer and Gas lift Optimization, fluid sampling, solid sampling and analysis duties at onshore and offshore locations within Malaysia and overseas as required. v
• The primary responsibility of the Field Services Engineer is to carry out (Direct Leak Metering, Liquid Level Survey, Leak Point, Pressure and Temperature Gradient Survey), Realtime N2 Tracer and Gas lift Optimization, fluid sampling, solid sampling and analysis duties at onshore and offshore locations within Malaysia and overseas as required.
• Coordinate field staff and project requirement.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer QA/QC, HSE policies, regulatory standards, and statutory requirements.

• The Senior Field Engineer may be requested to work alone or as part of a team and perform the following specific duties (with training where required):
• Well Integrity Survey including direct leak metering, liquid level survey, leak point, pressure, and temperature gradient survey, Realtime N2 tracer and gas lift optimization
• Solid sampling by sand sampler and sandbox tools
• Wellhead and separator PVT sampling
• Collection of atmosphere oil/condensate and water samples (with preservation if required)
• Preparation and QC of reports both field versions and final job reports
• Maintain equipment and inventory
• Attend external & internal training courses as required
• Provide supervision, training and management of lesser trained technicians and chemists
• Review and update SOP\xe2\x80\x99s
• Adhere to SGS ethics policy
• Maintain a quality and safety awareness culture
